I've been a full time real estate professional since 1998. I specialize in residential real estate. I have a vast knowledge of construction and renovations which is invaluable to buyers and sellers.

With 19 years in the business, I've seen agents come & go. I've seen good markets and bad markets. I saw the early days of MLS on the internet, and I can remember flipping through the pages of a giant black & white MLS property book. The one thing there is no substitute for in Real Estate is experience. If you're going to entrust your biggest investment to someone... make sure they have experience.

This isn't a business where you should be encouraging a rookie. Let him get his practice off someone else! I take over a dozen continuing education courses every year to stay sharp and on top of the latest trends, laws, and contracts. Time alone doesn't make you an expert, but the want and drive to continually improve something you already know well does.

I treat every customer like a customer for life. I make it my duty to sell you the right property. I'll tell you when the house you like isn't the right one for you. "Quick sale" isn't in my vocabulary. Getting it right is our common goal!
