**Conditions:**

* No smoking or permitting smoking inside the leased premises, on the balcony, or in the building's common areas. For clarification, the term smoking includes the following activities: smoking cigarettes (tobacco), smoking cannabis or any other drug, and/or vaping any substance, and/or smoking shisha (hookah).
* No subletting -- No Airbnb or any other short-term rental.
* The tenant must provide proof of income and employment confirmation.
* References and satisfactory credit verification required by the landlords.
* The tenant must provide proof of civil liability insurance of $2,000,000 upon lease signing (copy to be given to the landlord).
* First month's rent due upon lease signing.
* Any damage caused by negligence or misuse of the premises or property shall be the tenant's responsibility.
* No alterations or modifications to the property are permitted.
* The tenant must comply with the landlord's rules, the building regulations, and the declaration of co-ownership. Any fees incurred due to these regulations or the declaration of co-ownership (e.g., elevator reservation fees or key duplication fees) shall be at the tenant's expense.
