Renovations:
- Windows were changed in 2015 and 2 thermoses at the ends of the Bay Window in the living room were changed about 5 years ago.

- The insurance company requested that the oil tank be removed, which was corrected in 2023.

- There was water damage in July 2023 due to a power failure that caused the sumpump to stop working, causing damage to the bottom of the basement walls.
