- Pets are allowed.
- Smoking, as well as permitting others to smoke, is strictly prohibited inside the rented unit, on its balcony, and in the common areas of the building. For clarification, "smoking" includes the following activities: smoking cigarettes (tobacco), smoking cannabis or any other drug, vaping any substance, and smoking shisha.
- No subletting -- No Airbnb or other short-term rental agreements are allowed.
- The tenant must provide proof of income and employment confirmation.
- References and satisfactory credit verification are required for the landlords.
- The tenant must provide proof of $2M civil liability insurance at the time of lease signing (a copy must be provided to the landlord).
- The first month's rent is due upon signing the lease.
- Any damage caused by negligence or improper use of the property will be charged to the tenant.
- No modifications to the property are allowed.
- The tenant must adhere to the landlord's rules, building regulations, and the condominium declaration. Any fees arising from the building regulations or the condominium declaration (e.g., elevator reservation fees or key copy fees) will be borne by the tenant.
- The lease may be renewed for 12-month periods.
