-No cats or dogs will be allowed in the rental condo.

-The use of any form of tobacco and cannabis (consumption or cultivation) will not be allowed in the rental condo.

-The Tenant will have to maintain a tenant insurance with a civil liability of 1,000,000$ for the duration of the lease. The Lessee/Tenant must provide a copy of the tenant insurance to the Lessor before receiving the keys to the condo.

-The Tenant/Lessee must provide a credit check from CORPIQ or Oligny Thibodeau.(at Lessee's expense)


-An advance on the first month's rent as well as the security deposit of 1,900.00$ must be paid to the Lessor before the occupation date of the condo. Following the Tenant's departure at the end of the lease, the security deposit will be returned to the tenant within 48 hours, after the verification of the state of the condo, which must be returned under the same conditions as when taking possession.

-The Tenant is required to make good use of the appliances (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer). The tenant will be required to assume the costs related to any damage caused to the appliances.


-The Tenant agrees to respect the regulations of the condominium and are responsible for any fines incurred.


-The Tenant is responsible for the fees for lost or replacement of fob and keys.


-The Landlord/Lessor has the right to visit the condo every 6 months.
