Pre-rental:

7. The tenant is responsible for all rules and fees related to the move-in and move-out required by the syndicate.

End of lease:

15. At the end of the rental term, the unit must be returned in the same condition as at the time of the rental, which includes all the inclusions of the unit as well as the condition of the floor. Except for normal wear.
16. If the lease is not renewed at the end of the term, the tenant MUST honour ALL visit requests from all potential new tenants, for which 48 hours' notice will be given. The same goes for visits from potential buyers if the condo is put up for sale during the term of the lease.
