The following clauses will form an integral part of the lease:
- No smoking in the accommodation (cigarette, cannabisism or other) and 9 meters from the outside entrance door.
- Prohibition to make subletting type Airbnb.
- No cats or dogs.
- Tenants will have to maintain tenant insurance with a civil liability of 1 million for the duration of the lease and provide a copy of this contract to the landlord.
- An advance on the first month's rent, as a deposit, must be paid to the landlord. This will be collected before the payment of the first month's rent.
- Following a departure (end of lease), this advance will be given to the tenants, within 15 days, after the verification of the premises, which must be returned under the same conditions as
when taking possession.
- Before signing the lease, a credit check will be made on the tenants, at the expense of the tenant(s). For this purpose, a confirmation of employment and identity documents will be required.
